I would like to share my experience with this hotel and offer some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the location seemed less appealing, situated in an area that felt run-down, reminiscent of a warehouse district. My stay was further marred when the power went out around 10 pm. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to reset the fuse panel, the issue persisted. This power outage rendered the toilet unusable, and regrettably, the hotel staff was unavailable to assist or respond to messages. Left with no other option, I had to seek alternative accommodation. I have attached a photo of the boat house during the power outage for reference. Additionally, it's worth noting that there was a noticeable safety concern with a significant hole in front of the door. In conclusion, I would like to suggest improvements to this establishment. It did not meet my expectations.

Nice experience and unusual to sleep on water. My family liked to be there. The room is small, but clean and neat. They have gated parking which was nice. The location is good, not far from downtown. We took a ride on bikes to the downtown and it took us less than an hour.

Göteborg is a harbor city, so its a great experience to be able to stay in the middle of it - on water! The houseboats are small but welldesigned. The view is extraordinary. The place is strange but inspiring = great holiday experience. The place rent out small boats and kayakees for a tour on the river or to the citycenter. You will need a car to get around the city, but then its very central. Take your time to check out the neighborhood though. Its slowly transforming into a trendy part of the city, with a breewery/bar and exellent bakery right next door (also well hidden though). We will be back!
