Staff was completely friendly and outgoing. Very welcoming and cheerful. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and had a great view. We asked about attractions and they informed us about things near by. This was the best hotel experience we have ever experienced. Please let them know they did above and beyond in customer service. We will ONLY be using this hotel when he off through for travels. Thank you for the great experience.

Eh it was somewhere to rest and had a few breakfast options but the bed smelled like perfume and the floors were dirty as well. Positives: They are pet friendly which is necessary for our two dogs. Easy check-in. We called for a reservation a few hours before we arrived. The lady on the phone seemed to be new but she did pretty well especially being late at night. They had Texas waffles, eggs and sausage along with bagels, muffins and cereal options. Negatives: The room was dirty! When going to a hotel, the room should be clean at the very least. There was hair everywhere when we got there and one bed smelled like perfume. Nothing seemed clean. We came late so we just dealt with it so we could get some sleep. I assume they would have given us another room if we asked but it seems to be an issue at this hotel according to others reviews as well. The conjoining room (that we didn't use) didn't have a bottom seal so sound and light came though. For the price it was an okay place to stay I read the other reviews claiming their rooms were dirty but decided to roll the dice anyway. In our case, we did not get a clean room. Maybe you will be more lucky but it is definitely not the cleanest place to stay.

I give 4 stars overall instead of 5 only because the couch/sofa bed and chair in our suite living area need some deep cleaning TLC or replacing. The gentleman working in the evening and the lady working the breakfast bar were both very nice. The price and location are great. My family was very satisfied and plan to book again on our next trip.

I have stayed there 3 times. Checked in at night every time and the gentleman working the desk was exceptional everytime. Very professional and great welcoming attitude. Same with the morning ladies who run the desk and breakfast. Absolute professionals in my opinion because I know it's not the same for everybody. Until my mind is changed, this hotel will always be my first choice.
