The services provided by la rosa hotel is not upto the rating of hotel which is 4 star, according to me it deserves two stars only.very bad room Bath room very bad All in all not a four star Break fast ok

I looked at a room here because the location is good and decided not to stay. The room was huge but everything was old, dark and depressing.

I've been visiting this hotel for many years. Although its under new management, the staff are eager to please. The rooms are a little outdated, but its peaceful and clean once you get in your room. There is no breakfast served. The prices are reasonable when looking at the great location. 30 BD for a room is fair price. If you want 5-star, then keep looking. Beware of the crowds in the lobby on weekends between 12-5 am. It can get pretty lively! but its fun! Definitely visiting again.

I do not recommend this hotel for families or business travellers. Hygiene was below standard. The rooms were dated and dusty. I got a stye on one eye staying there. When I asked for a non-smoking room, the front desk employee laughed and said I can check the room beforehand to see if the smell is ok. They were kind enough to find a room which didn't smell like smoke on the 7th floor. The staff were the best thing at the hotel. Everything else was substandard. The biggest issue was noise. This is an extremely loud hotel, not just from the nightclubs but the elevators and staff in service rooms on the floors. You can hear all sorts of loud and squeaking sounds all night from every direction. Do not stay here if you need peace and quiet and need to wake up refreshed.
