I truly recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxed and comfortable stay. For sure a place to return in Hanoi. Staff - very kind and attentive with us since the moment we booked the rooms online. The manager gave us her contact and helped us with everything such as tours, transportation, SIM cards, etc. Always keeping it very professional but making us feel at home. Room - big and with all the facilities needed. Bed was really comfortable. Cleaning - clean and smelling good. Breakfast - typical Vietnamese buffet but also with good western/american choices. Location - very good on a more relaxed area of Hanoi but just 20min walking from the old quarter.

I was disappointed at first when I arrived at the hotel. It was not what I expected given the name. It is a city hotel but in a great location...in the old part of the city. The rooms have everything ud need including a very good shower and a kettle. The hotel cud do with new carpets /updating but the positives outweigh the negatives. The staff are very helpful. I'm not sure what the rooms cost but I think they are reasonable going by their laundry and late checkout charges.

It has been a very nice stay here. The staff here have been particularly helpful and friendly throughout. They have been very flexible in storing luggage and in providing excellent value and prompt (same day) laundry services. The staff quickly found us door to door cost-effective car/bus journeys to our trips to Nimh Binh and also the airport. The location was perfect for walking to the lakes, Hop on Hop off bus, the commercial area and local eateries.
