It was my second time going to this hotel. Not satisfying at all. Worse than the last stay. We reserved a room for three person; for the third person, they put three mattresses on top of each other as bed! The room was really small as we literally could not walk in the room. They charged us extra 80 US dollar to change our room. The new one is a bit better. At least had a bed! The building is very old. Both the room we reserved had air condition problem. Technical team worked several hours to fix it and we had to stay at the room during the time they were fixing it. Internet is available only in the lobby. Food quality is not really good. Staff are all tired and bored. Entertainment plans are all the same for every day and boring. I can even tell what music gonna play at for example 11 o'clock! Last time, they had different plans for different days of the week. There were no rules for using the pools. The hotel has four pools but no safety concern for the kids. Everyone swim in any direction in the pool. Big inflatable tube are allowed in the pool. It was a chaos and really annoying. It has only a beautiful view. Not a 5 star hotel at all!

Everything about this hotel is mediocre but then the price was low compared to other 5 star hotels in the neighborhood. Therefore I would rate this hotel value for money. Before we started our stay, we had read a lot of reviews where people were complaining about bedbugs but we nor any of our group ( total of 6 rooms) saw any signs of this.

You don’t have anything to eat between meals , the wi-fi works only in the hotel lobby , all the machines form the fitness gym are broken , the food is decent but you have to stay in line to get it , the personnel mood is always bad, but they are always ready to help . The pools are beautiful the beach is great, it even has a small water park . The cocktails are tasty but the cold drinks have weird flavours. The best things are probably the positioning and the views.

Do not fool yourself, this is NOT a 5 star hotel, but more like a TWO-STAR hotel! It looks like an abondoned from the 90s! The only positive thing was the locaition and view. The rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. We had to wait for five days to have ours cleaned and they just switched our pillows, not changing them at all. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, no cups or toothbrush cups, so we had to put ours in paper. The bath itself was old. We had THREE beds in our room (we were a couple)... Next - food. Absolutely horrible. No variety, no improvisation, nothing. Same things every single day. No toasters for your bread. Their Juice machine looks horrible and cables are coming out of everywhere. People touch food with their bare hands, while the staff are looking and not saying anything. The tables were not cleaned at all, they just sweep them and the next guest sits down. No information from the Animation team on what their program would be. 60 or 70% of the guests are natives, but it's important to know English for your other guests. Only 3 or 4 people were ABLE to communicate properly. We wanted to use the a-la-carte restaurant, but the Receptionist told us it was "finished". This was their MVP service in the offer provided to us, as guests. We asked for an iron, there weren't any. If we wanted some "Extra", like using the Game Room or Laundry, we had to pay (understandable), but HOW COME THIS HOTEL HAS 5 STARS, IT IS STILL A MYSTERY?! I wanted to visit the fitness room - 10 out of 15 objects were not functioning, at all. Only one trendmill, one bike, two benches and five dumbles. Disaster! Please, do not be fooled by the pictures, especially the ones of the rooms - it's all fake! This was the worst vacation exprience my and my girlfriend ever had!

This was the worst experience of my life. Most soul destroying, most uncomfortable and most discomfort I’ve felt in my whole life. It was like a psychosis ward turned into a hotel. They have bed bugs, bad air con, dust, rude hotel staff, smell of alcohol spilt on the floor, maggots on the food like what on earth. I did not pay almost a grand to stay at such a punishment ward. I had to sleep in the lobby for 2 days straight and no questions asked by the staff as to why due to the horrific bed bugs. Itching would not stop. The reviews on here are fake. It’s a -10 for me. If you would like for your mental health to go through a PUNISHMENT THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
