This place is falling and rotten literally apart! Been living here couple times and always the same problems... Mold and cockroaches in the room, even kitchen/toilet cabins are falling apart etc. Be careful when u walk there as u can get a coconut on ur head anytime, specially extra caution with Children!!! They should be taken down as those are dangerous! Even there aren't so many people living but the car and motorcycle parkings are always full!!! Here outsiders can basically come and go freely so that is kinda security risk. So it's a "girl friendly" place... But what comes to moving in or out I asked 3 times them to make an exception so I could organize car and moving help. They don't allow moving after 6pm what is totally wrong! Many people still working that time. I organized everything and didn't get my moving done and lost 3k even i told them day time that my car and help will arrive 7-8pm! The whole management are the worst also in all of the places where I have stayed this far! Beware also about ur packet orders as they are partly outside for anyone to come and take. Over all this place is not worth it even it's cheap. Much more better places to stay... It's slowly but surely rotten down!!

Place is absolute joke. Working noise all the day, nothing is finished in building D but they are renting out the apartments already. The public building area looks totally wasted already and needs renovation. Security is a joke, all doors are open all day, security people don't care who comes in and out. Building quality is low, can hear every word spoken in the neighbour apartments. Good luck for the buyers, renters: stay away! I think most of the positive reviews are from people that don't live here and are just doing promotions for agencies... Or own agencies themselves.. Other negative points: 1. Very bad smell in the toilet, source unclear for me, probably something wrong with the floor sinks. 2. I had to work and do Web conferences from the condo, thanks to the construction work already difficult enough, but Internet is pretty bad too, connection gets lost regularly, speed is not even close to the assignee WiFi speed. 3. Not enough deck chairs at the pool Positive points: 1. Condo itself is not too bad 2. Pool itself is nice and big. 3. Restaurants, bars, market in 10 minutes walking distance, family mart next door. Overall I would not come back again. Update: on 16/11/2018 we heard some noise and then saw a guy using pesticide in nice white clouds around the building. Without any notice given previously... Thank goodness we were inside and so was our laundry...

This is Height Holding worst project. It's not close to 5 stars hotel. It's not a hotel . It's a 3 star condo. The management team are useless. Underground parking is so filthy seems like they have not clean the floor since the construction. Your car will be more dirtier parking in the structure from the dust than parking on the street. Buildings are falling apart already. The paints job on building are horrible. It's peeling and cracking. The side of the building you can see cracks on it like it been through an earthquake. They seem to hire all the incompetent migrants to work on this project. You see so many reworks. This place is supposed to be completed. It's does not look complete. Instead it looks like it has aged like it's 10 years old. HH other projects does not look like a reject like this one. There is no key card to get in and out. Anyone can go to the building and use the swimming pools and facilities. It's so disorganized. Right now it look like a New York Ghetto Project trying to be a resort. Like other reviewers Don't believe the 5 stars reviews. Those reviews are 99% percent from the realtor trying to sale you condo. I'm not a realtor. Do your research before you buy in Pattaya. If you are a buy high sale low type person knock yourself out. Many buyers remorse in Pattaya. Only if you buy 10-15 years ago then it's worth it. Wait at least 5 years after condo completion and see the workmanship. See if the building can withstand time. Otherwise you will just waste your money. Invest in somewhere else. As for me I wish I had not purchase with HH. The contract is one sided. If you sue them you are just going to waste your money and time. All the lawyers and judges is just going to tell you. They have no money no assets. The judge will tell you to cut your loses. They are all on the same time. This is Thailand. If you are a foreigner you are even more f#@? LOL if you are Thai you will be f#@ even more. Because at least as a foreigner they worry about how the world see their reputation. If you are Thai you should already except the fact that is Thailand. The big fish always eat the smaller fish.
