The room was musty, and had water damage that was painted over with a poor View. The food and the staff was great, and having shuttle to the surrounding areas was really nice. I know they're in the middle of a brand change and hopefully they give the rooms TLC. We had a cute little lizard that we named Leonard living with us.

The room was full of dust. Every single steps that I walked in the room is so dusty. Some staff are nice But some staff maybe they thought that I'm Thai So they treated me neglected. Any of my request was not be able to complete. I don't understand why?

Terrible terrible service at front desk. We drove a car to the hotel and no one came to tell us where to park and nobody came to pick up our luggage. No signs and not even one people came to greet us. We came at 4:30 pm and they told us that we still have to wait for another 30 minutes to have a clean room, which is not acceptable since the hotel seemed pretty vacant. However, the service at the restaurant is very nice, a great contrast to the front desk. At breakfast, the staff is very welcoming and the service is just perfect. The food at breakfast is also very nice. Maybe they need to train the staff the same way.
