Not quite 5 stars because our code to enter the room did not work. I had to call the phone number to get it reset. The recent remodel was done well with creative touches but some of those creative touches could be health risks for guests with seizure disorders. One wall of our room was painted in a vibrant purple and pink zigzag pattern and the bedside light flickered in imitation of and old light. The room was clean, bed, pillows and towels comfy. The view out of our window was of the condos next door but we were only there for a quick night's sleep

First time experience and it did not disappoint. The check in was self check in which was extremely helpful. Once we arrived we were able to go directly to our room. Which was do clean and cute. The beds were comfy! Definitely recommend! Will be returning!

I give the location 4 stars for it being close to downtown. Other then that horrible experience! Still waiting to hear back from someone aka manager. Booked through Expedia, got the 3 bed room which I thought was great! Originally planned to go in January but the weekend we planned to go it was snowing really bad! Didn’t want to risk the drive just for 1 night so I called and asked to see if I can switch the date for a few weeks out. The lady I spoke to said it was fine just to call back and give my name and number, she did mention that I would have to most likely pay an extra $100-$200 just for switching it because of “spring break” I was like on that’s fine. So when I called to book it for February they granted the stay for us but I only needed the 2 bed, because we didn’t need the extra one anymore. Long story short she still made me pay an extra fee. Even with just the 2 beds! When I checked on Expedia that night to check how much it would be to rent a room that same night it was $205! I pie almost $600 for a 2 bed room! Not to mention the flaws the room had 😒 shower curtain was broken wouldn’t stay closed! The blow drier didn’t even work! I have called twice and no call back! My bank can’t do anything. I am not asking for the full money back but I am asking to be charged fairly and the correct amount!

My son and I stayed in seperate rooms, when he got to this room the door was wide open, no maid in sight. We checked in it 10pm exhausted I went to my room and instantly loud rap bumping music right next to me. I tried to call the desk my phone didn't work, I went to the office no answer, banged on windows no answer, rang bell 5 times no answer, it also smelled like a dead animal inside the room. Awful place don't do it your will be sorry.

I am giving this hotel a one star rating because even though it was supposedly a non-smoking hotel, it turned out someone had smoked next to one of the beds previously in room 208. Unfortunately, because it was one of the beds toward the inside of the room it was hard to detect. My 7 year old son slept there for three nights and thought it was the smell from the heating vent (he has never been exposed to smoking so didn’t know what it smells like). I discovered it the last day and talked to the manager. They just said “I am sorry” and shrugged. Completely shocked at this level of service for a hotel room $337 a night.
