When we booked this we were just looking for something not that expensive for our weekend trip to London, so our expectations wasn’t that high but the staff made it so good, it felt safe leaving our belongings there. They helped us were to go and it seemed like they really cared. Room wasn’t that bad either, just I little warm since it was in a basement.

The single room had everything I needed for a few nights. The location of the hotel is really good, multiple tube stops near. Room was clean, but could have been a bit better. I booked via Airbnb. Considering the value for money I'd give 4,5 Stars, rounded up to five because the staff was really nice.

Stayed here for my birthday and had a lovely time. Reception are so lovely and accommodating. Rooms were small but for price are great. Close to stations/food easy to reach everything in London from here

I REALLY loved this hotel. It's ideal for families who want a safe and peaceful place to stay and rest from London. I stayed with my wife and 2 young children - it was perfect. Perfect location - TONS of cute places all around you, it's right next to Hyde Park, and Paddington station. But most of all - their staff were SO NICE - way nicer than any other London hotel I've ever been to. A lot of hotels in London can be kind of rude - but not Lancaster Court Hotel - they were all above and beyond kind and nice.

The best thing about the hotel is that it's close to Paddington station. I had to stay there because of delays arriving in Heathrow and I lost the last train home. Rooms are quite small, for example in a single bedroom the shower was in the feet of the bed. Service was fast. There wasn't even a toilet in the room and you had to go out. I'm not sure how the bigger rooms are, but I'm not recommending the hotel for long stays in a single room.
