Location very near to the Center area of Cenang beach. The staff are very friendly that’s a good thing. BUT Their room really need to get a major upgrade. Bed is not comfortable, the sound pollution from other customers are very loud. And the bedsheet is thin like tower paper. Not really recommended for a comfortable stay.

Rooms were not the best. The bathrooms were not well cleaned. The receptionist were not speaking proper english. They weren’t able to provide an early check in even though there were plenty of rooms available. ideal location.

The hotel have every fecilities and in a strategic place. But the staff are not equipped with the guest handling skills and very lethargic in maintaining the amenities.
