The owners are so nice and helpful-offering advice and recommendations on everything from what to do, to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and had a hot tub on the balcony which felt amazing in the cool evening air in September. It’s also only a 25 minute walk to the center of Thira with several other restaurants close by.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Nicolas and Anna were amazing hosts who treated us like family. Nicolas even drove us personally to airport when our uber didn't show up. At 330 am... highly recommend!

Great accommodation with a fabulous view of the Caldera from the terrace! Highest view point. Jason, Nicolas and Anna are super friendly, helpful and warm - the perfect hosts. They give you very good and helpful recommendations about the island, such as restaurants, and also reserve catamaran tours or quads at short notice. Breakfast was made with love and the best Greek yoghurt in the morning. We loved our 3 days stay💙

What a pleasure Anna, Nic, and Jason are, they made our stay so wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location it great. We had a perfect view of the of the sunset from our room and had a hot tub to relax after walking all day. One of the best things is that the hotel is at top of the hill. Most hotels are built into the hill side (cave rooms) and you have to walk up and down many, many steps to get to the room. The personal attention from the owners was so thoughtful. They told us about the island and the best places to visit and how to avoid crowds as much as possible. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to room evey morning and greeted by our host. I can't think of a single problem, everything was done really well. Thanks for having us!

Nicolas and his wife Anna took great care of our family last week. Nicolas picked us up from the airport even though our flight was delayed by couple of hours. The room was perfect with great views of the Caldera. The daily breakfast choice was great and fresh. The location was ideal with a lot of restaurants close by and it was 10min walk to the Stavros rock view point. They even allowed us to store our luggage since our flight was later in the evening. Overall a great place and ideal for the family
