Loved this little gem. Location was perfect. We had family connecting riverside view rooms. Perfect to sit with a cup of tea or beer in the balcony and see the boats pass by. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom. They served us good vegetarian breakfast. Staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved the pool and had a swim couple of times.

We had a wonderful stay here for 5 nights over new year. The staff are really lovely. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped us with show tickets, airport taxis, and massages!! The hotel is located a very pleasant 20 minutes straight walk from the old town area. You can walk along the front by the water or walk on the main road and cut down an alley way closer to the hotel. It was rainy our whole time so never got to use the pool but we took full advantage of the spa. I would highly recommend the salt scrub treatment as well as both the Thai and Vietnamese massage! A very pleasant stay and would stay again if I am back in Hoi An!

Absolutely amazing hotel!! Fantastic location, right on the water and only a kilometer from town!! Quite and peaceful, with an amazing staff that were super helpful!! Lisa and Rosie were wonderful, and super informative. The first night we got here, she sat us down with a map and gave us all the best restaurants and tailors, where to go to best enjoy our time in Hoi An! Amazing view from the room balcony, either of the town or the River, depending on the side of the hotel you are staying on! I can't recommend this hotel and it's amazing staff enough!!

This place is a haven, it's set back from the madness of the old town. Due to a issue with a booking at a different hotel, we booked this last minute. The service at Lantana has been exceptional. Mile, the manger WOW what a sensational woman. She had everything under control and gave us advise on tours and you will find she is generally a good natured person. It's a 20 min walk to old town along the river, they have bicycles but we used Grab most days as it was really hot, it was £1.50 per journey. Our rooms had a balcony and the view of the river was stunning, with perfect air-conditioning. (the room to book!!) The beds are so comfortable and they are serviced daily, they are spotlessly clean and we had our laundry done there too. All the staff were really accommodating and friendly. You must go to Hoi An Memories land for the show, it was amazing, purchase tickets from the hotel as its cheaper. This has been our best stay so far in Vietnam. ❤️ Breakfast has plenty of choice available, and a varied selection but Lunch was mediocre at best. We also had massages at the spa, again the staff were wonderful, the massages mediocre.

The staff are the kindest and the most helpful I have ever had in my travels. They knew us by name and supported us with everything we needed. Staff helped us book tickets for the Hoi A Memories show and the Bamboo circus. We had several treatments at the spa which were well priced and an excellent service. Very relaxing. Room was big, clean with a comfy bed. Big shower and clean bathroom. Walk is about 20 minutes into town or the hotel has a shuttle bus or staff can help you order a taxi which always came in a few minutes, the taxis were very well priced ($3 USD to get into town). Would highly recommend the hotel.
