I lived ther with my aunt for a year or so but my aunt moved in a they started getting bit and found out it was bedbugs the manager wont pay to have the apartment treated and refuses to listen to her tenents when the tell her there is a bad infestation of bed buggs and rouches my sister in law moved in to one of the apartments 2 months ago and me and my aunt moved out now my sister inlaws apartment in infested with bedbugs and she told the manager about it and she still wont do anything about it its sad they need to condem thease apartment or pay for them to be treated

It's OK at least your getting what your money is worth but... They have a (playground) that is so wack and cheap that if you go down the slide it will break and if a6 year old shakes the playground it sounds like it is ready to collapse and also they have a mini pool that goes from 3 feet to 5 feet so where is the fun in that and some kid crapped in the pool and the poop is gone but the pool cleaning truck never came and drained the pool because that is what you are supposed to do btw.... If you go in the bathtub it sounds like your about to fall right through it

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! OR ANY OF THERE SISTER RELATED DWELLINGS!!!!!! A FEW YEARS AGO GO I RENTED AN APARTMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AND WHEN I MOVED OUT I LEFT THE APARTMENT IN GOOD CONDITION! A FEW MONTHS LATER AN ATTORNEY CALL ME TELL ME THAT I OWE THEM OVER 3000 DOLLARS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. SO EVEN THO I FULFILLED MY LEASE THEY WENT AFTER ME FOR MORE MONEY BY BREAKING THEIR OWN PROPERTY AND ACCUSING ME OF IT. THEY THOUGHT I HAD MONEY BECAUSE I WAS A PUBLIC SERVANT AT THE TIME( CANT TELL YOU WHO I WORKED FOR) BUT I FIGURED I WOULD MOVE INTO A LOW INCOME APARTMENT AND SAVE MONEY TO FURTHER MY EDUCATION. ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES OF MY LIFE. THESE PEOPLE OWN SEVERAL PROPERTIES AND HOMES IN THE LAS VEGAS VALLEY. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST MAKE SURE YOUR DEALING WITH LANDLOARDS THAT KNOW AMERICAN LAWS IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
