Unfortunately I started to read reviews after we checked in . We arrived at 3pm the room was not ready . The receptionist responds so cold and grumpy face that only frustrates you . The pool is not allowed below 16 yes old . We have booked the hotel because it was close to our own business and for child to have fun in the evenings. The manager also useless character , whatever you say they respond no.... when I got frustrated I said then I will discuss and we might check out only if you refund all amount . It seems they don't value guests . At 8 pm they started to call room and ask when we r checking out . Its rude . At the end since we had surgery in a day we just ignored them . If it was not for the child health i would have shown my rights as a guest who is paying for stay . The only thing they did is sent complimentary fruit bowls which definitely we can afford ourselves . Advise is until they don't train their staff and update their system don't try it.

Latanya Hotel was great, stayed there for 5 days had an indoor pool, had a spa salon which was closed at the day of my visit, had many amenities in our room, our beds were pretty comfy, there was a vintage and modern-look combined together. It had a nice environment. The service was great everywhere we went, staff were smiling all the time and were very kind. I was greatful to stay here.

As someone who frequently travels, I am always on the lookout for outstanding hotels that exceed my expectations, and Latanya Hotel in Ankara did not disappoint! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of cleanliness that truly impressed me. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped gym at Latanya Hotel. As someone who values fitness, I was thrilled to find a state-of-the-art fitness center with modern equipment and ample space for my workout routine. The gym was clean, well-maintained, and provided a great variety of exercise options, allowing me to maintain my fitness regimen even while on the road. In addition to the exceptional gym facilities, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment was evident throughout my stay, from the sparkling lobby to the spotless guest rooms. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to providing a safe and hygienic environment for its guests, especially during these challenging times. Another notable aspect of my stay was the pleasant aroma that filled the hotel. The hotel had a delightful scent that added to the overall ambiance and made my stay even more enjoyable. It was evident that the hotel paid attention to even the smallest details to ensure a pleasant experience for its guests. The staff at Latanya Hotel were also exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, the staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I cannot recommend Latanya Hotel enough for an exceptional stay in Ankara. The gym facilities, cleanliness, pleasant aroma, and outstanding service provided by the staff truly set this hotel apart. It was a pleasure to stay at Latanya Hotel, and I look forward to my next visit! Five stars without a doubt!

Latanya fulfilled all our expectations for a great stay in the Turkish capital. Location is in the center, however for any movement I advise taking a taxi which is very cheap. The grandiose Kocatepe Mosque is in walking distance, but there's no need walking to other attractions as there's nothing to see along the way. Check in was fast with very kind staff. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and we also had a balcony. Breakfast is out of this world - huge array of everything with an incredible and various offer. One of the best I've ever had. Swimming pool is very nice, fair in size and with great temperature for swimming. Beware you must have a swimming cap. Beside it is a sauna and steam bath. The only minus goes for the hot tub which is not heated, but the same temp as the pool. I hope they'll fix that. All in all, great place to recommend for your Ankara stay
