Very good location with private parking opposite (paid). Clean space. In room 3 I stayed, the mattress was very bad and needs immediate replacement. Otherwise it was just ok for the price per night

I wrote it from my professional gmail, I'm also writing it from my personal gmail so that no one else clicks on it. VERY dirty room in general, dirty curtains, walls, sheets, couch, everything dirty! We didn't even spend the night, we packed up and left with a 3 month old baby in the wee hours. Kettle and pot had salts and rust in them. The next room of the same company had some occupants who shouted non-stop and EVERYTHING could be heard. While we had informed about the existence of an infant, no one informed us that the stroller barely fit in the elevator and that to get to the elevator you had to climb 20 steps because the ground floor was elevated. Nightmarish experience and as we had gone up for work with my family I was away for the first few hours of arrival and my wife pulled it all, carrying trolleys and suitcases up the stairs and tiny lift and finally facing the mess. We didn't find a single positive about the room, except for the central point that we again wasted it to avoid the stench. The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Very dirty room, we hated to touch the child.

Booked through Booking, 4 nights, price was OK for the location and facilities. Since I know Thessaloniki, I know that the walls of the individual apartments at normal prices are not insulated and hard floors transmit noise. So I specifically look for houses in which there are only a few apartments. This bay is actually more likely to be found via AirB&B but also increasingly on Booking. This one has really well-equipped rooms. an elevator and a small kitchen corner, a good bed. Not good: the operator doesn't care when you're there and doesn't react. Very late or not at all for problems or inquiries. If you don't have hot water for two days out of 4, it's annoying. But no one responds to messages. When the drilling hammer in the neighboring house comes on tomorrow at 9 a.m., you'll be completely surprised. Conclusion: Apartment in a great location and well equipped, but the operator is not a host and shows no interest in his guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy
