Great location at great price. Room was newly renovated and has air conditioning. Front desk was nice. It was a bit noisy at night but not for very long. Overall a great stay, I would definitely come back again.

Hotel is OK. Breakfast was not bad either. Elevator is very small and fits one person, while it takes a long time to arrive at your floor. Reception were nice to accept a refund for the third night due to a change of plan.

Rooms are good for the price and location is perfect, unfortunately the middle aged receptionist(glasses) was one of the rudest people I have ever come by in my many travels. I was shocked and surprised at his impatience and lack of customer support. I usually never write bad reviews targeted at employees as I don’t know what someone is going through and who depends on them but his disrespect towards me and others is too much to ignore and reading other reviews I see I’m not the only unsatisfied customer especially with this particular receptionist. I was super friendly and his response to a valid problem was immature and condescending, I would get into what the problem was but I see no need as many others have complained and obviously nothing has changed. Great location, decent rooms for the price but overall I will never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone based on that 1 employee! All other staff was friendly and only had a bad experience with this specific gentleman. I checked in 15thAug-18.00(aprox)
