Very good hotel/hostel. We stayed in a twin room with private bathroom. Everything in hotel was planned to the needs of a traveller. Free laundry machine + dryer, nice working areas in public spaces, and a coffee/breakfast room with free coffee all day long - also a small breakfast for free. Staff was very helpful and nice! Also, nearby there are huge amount of local restaurants on Banthat Thong Road.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed. We booked a double bed room with a shared bathroom. The hostel is very clean. The service is very nice, very helpful personnel. And they even have a small breakfast prepared (see the pic), which we didn't expect. 100% recommend this place is you are looking for a budget stay in Bangkok. It felt that it was even better than some of the hotels. We felt that they have thought of everything that one needs. Towels, shower gel on the bathroom, even flip flops on the room. And not to forget the air conditioning. Great place.

I would really like to give 5 stars but the shower. I might be non-objective as I got allergy for fungi but: sealed with wooden doors that soak even after short session, no airflow, dimmed just - good condition for fungi growth. Toilets in opposite: are great and the best one's I've seen in my life (optional: heating, build in bidet, control panel etc. all that new "tech"). Please fix showers: provide good airflow (from the top by removing wall above dors), consider changing doors (or at least cutting little bit of the bottom part of them), clean rust and fungi. Maybe add mechanical ventilation. Apart of that nice free coffe and co-working space that’s a bit cold but ok. Netflix on very modern tv and great looking rooms. Prices are ok… but the shower. Please fix it.
