(Price : 60€/ night during a holiday weekend) I would recommand to not pay more than that to stay here. The other reviews are true. There is some water damage in the room. It’s very loud not only because of the location (street full of bars) but mostly because of the super thin walls and loud pipes (our neighbor showering woke us up at 3am). It’s pretty clean. The location is very central. The staff speaks English and French. It serves its purposes for a weekend if you have a small budget.

If you want sleep after a long day exploring Alicante. Do not stay here! There are 4 clubs surrounding the "hotel" and the music is until early hours in the morning such as 3am, if not later. Then when the music goes quiet there are people coming back drunk and loud. Friendly people yes, however they will wake you up. This is a place to party and sleep when you are drunk.

They promised taxi from airport to the hotel when booking, then they didn’t deliver! When we asked the receptionist said “no, we don’t have any deals with any taxis or shuttle buses!” The AC didn’t work in our room, we asked the same guy twice he said I’m gonna check, I’m gonna check! SURPRISE! He didn’t! We had to ask again to only him saying we have to change rooms! On the first night we requested towels since towels weren’t in our room! A member of the staff came up and gave us damp towels! How can this be???

Our experience with this hotel was really bad. We booked a room around 3 months in advance but the day of our arrival I received a phone call saying that the hotel is overbooked, so they can either cancel our reservation or they can give us a triple room (we were just two people) if we paid extra. I told them that since they clearly have the room available, it should be up to them to resolve their overbooking problems without additional costs to us. after some back and forth the woman said 'ok see you later'. When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist told us that they didn't have any room for us - not sure why this could not have been communicated earlier as clearly they already knew about it and we shouldn't have had to go there in first place just to be rejected. She then told me that she only had this and a triple room for one night (we booked for 2), even though when we spoke on the phone she suggested that we could stay if we paid extra - clearly had the triple room available. It was quite stressful as we had to find a place to stay but the selection wasn't great at all since it was already quite late. One thing that shocked us was that she said 'this happens often', so not sure why it's not being looked into as clearly their operations are very flawed. I cannot say much about the hotel, but based on our experience I'd stay away from it.
