We came for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Due to my allergies, we got upgraded to the junior suite (no carpet). The room was great. The bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the room was very quiet, we could easily sleep with the window open. The staff was very helpful and mindful. There was a birthday greeting card along with our pre ordered champagne bottle in our room. All in all, this a hotel that I could highly recommend!

We spent four days in Paris, where we had tickets for the musical "Notre-Dame de Paris" at the Palais de Congrès. Hotel Le 10 BIS had the perfect location for this. It's a lovely, small hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very quiet and well-equipped. The breakfast is well-sorted and abundant. The Metro/RER station is nearby, as well as many restaurants in the vicinity. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Warm greetings from Vienna, Austria to the entire team!

Terrible service Made a booking and tried to cancel the following day for a booking that was made a month an half in advance. Was declined a full refund and have been told that if i cancel i will be charged extra. This is totally unfair and feel ive been scammed. Do not waste your money here.

Hotel Le Bis 10 is a gem! I discovered it on a parenting blog for traveling with a baby (Baby Can Travel). But the experience surpassed expectations. We were traveling internationally for the first time with a baby, so I was nervous. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to confirm accommodations (baby crib, early check in, etc.) and they replied kindly and promptly. Suzana confirmed that we were all set and eased my worries! They even made sure our room was more private to ease concerns about crying in the middle of the night. Secondly, the early check in was a huge relief after a long 24 hours of travel with a baby - we could rest and clean up before setting our into Paris! Thirdly, the breakfast and all day snacks and espresso is a fantastic perk. Breakfast is expansive and delicious. Finally, the customer service is incredible. Suzana and team were so friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Hotel Le Bis 10 - you made our first trip to Paris so special! Thank you, thank you!
