This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is nicely furnished and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful with things like local restaurant locations. They serve a breakfast every morning which seemed appreciated by the guests, but if you are like me and not a big breakfast person, there is a boulangerie about 25 steps from the hotel door where you can get fresh croissant in the morning. The rooms are compact which may come as a surprise to anyone used to North American hotels, but they are quite typical of what you would find in the center of London, Rome, or Barcelona. The hotel location is great, being a shore walk to the train/metro station, but if you prefer to walk, most of the major highlights are within 45 minutes. Finally, one of the things I most enjoyed was the fact that Le 12 is located in a quiet neighborhood, so there was never any racket at night while we were trying to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this hotel! As soon as we walked in the hotel just smelt so clean- the reception team were the most pleasant I’ve ever come across! We really enjoyed our short stay only wished we stayed longer now!

We had to change hotels last minute, so I wasn't able to do much research before reserving rooms at Hotel Le 12. Fortunately, we had a lovely experience. The rooms are small but that seems typical of Paris. What's important is that they are clean and comfortable. My only tiny complaint was that the toilet paper was a bit rough, but that may be standard. What made our stay exceptional was the service. Sarah was absolutely lovely - so genuinely warm and friendly. Matthew was also great- very helpful and patient. The location isn't the most "happening" in Paris, but you will experience the true bustle of a working downtown - which is fun to experience. It's also very close to a main metro station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Missing Paris already! My husband and I stayed at Le 12 in late August 2023 and were very pleased! The staff is super welcoming and friendly upon arrival and every time we came/went! They really made us feel at home. We chose a balcony room on the 5th floor with Eiffel Tower views and we couldn't have been happier! The room is a nice size with the most comfortable mattress and linens we had on our trip! The balcony and view were amazing! We enjoyed wine and coffee on it while admiring the beautiful Parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. It's located only a 5 minute walk from a subway/tube/metro station with connections all over Paris (and to the airport). They're also located close to a little market for conveniences and good shopping and restaurants. The elevator was great and AC worked well too. We would definitely stay here again happily!!! Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay!!!
