We stayed for a week with our family and kids and everything was perfect. The location is amazing, very close to the port. The staff was very polite and friendly while trying to do their best to assist us. The amenities are nice, the pools are just amazing and the fact you get access to a private beach is the cherry on top. Next time in Cesme we would stay in the exact same place. Than you!

This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel. I was there for a wedding and the hotel scammed the bride and groom. They first claimed that some of the hotels have technical problems and as a result they can't provide all the rooms. This was when all the guests had arrived. We later doing out that they had double booked and gave the rooms to someone else although the bride had fixed the contract months in advance. Although the location and facilites are decent, many of the rooms had broken lights. Their service was really bad and we had to push and constantly force them to bring us things we requested for on time. It's not so much the employees fault but more the management who seem to forget that when customers pay money for a hotel, it's for service the entire stay. Not that the hotel is doing a favour by providing rooms.

Luxury and comfortable rooms with an outstanding sea view. The beach was cleaned every day and the shuttle service was great. The only place in Çeşme that I think of coming back to. -5 stars
