Absolutely loved this hotel. A brilliant location just right for the main attractions. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We left Hanoi for Ha Long Bay and cut short our visit to return to Hanoi and were lucky enough to be able to get rooms at Le Foyer again, we had no intention of looking at another hotel.

Location is in old quarter so makes it a good location. The rooms are fine. I had booked a room with a king size bed, however they gave a room with two small beds instead. But on asking them about it, they gave me a room with king size bed. Also, didn't like the policy of only providing two small size bottles per day.

overall, this property still deserves to be called a 3 star. But I am disappointed with the policy. I booked a room with a view on the city street. But the room was still rented. I was exchanged for a room with a window but with a view of the building behind the empty building. The location is closed from lake ,about 30 meter

Worst night ever some people woke me up in the middle of the night they were screaming out alot staff did nothing. The next morning a Indian man sat outside my door on his phone very loud and was very early in the morning staff did nothing they didn't tell me check out time so I had to pay extra for a couple of hours. I won't go back here. A door was slammed as hard as anything as well.

The location of the hotel is perfect: within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, Beer Street, Opera House, and many more establishments! We stayed at 402 during our one-week trip to VN. The room is okay but we hear banging noises everr night and every morning. Prolly the ongoing construction of the neighboring hotel. Anyway, the service is okay and the free breakfast is fine. Our rooms got cleaned everyday and we got fresh towels daily, too! When we checked out on Sunday, we asked the staff to keep our bags first since our flight was midnight. They gladly kept if for us and we went back to get it in the evening. P.S. The beverages (water, beer, and soda) are NOT FREE. You will be charged 10k VND per bottle/can.
