I haven’t stayed here so cannot comment on the property but my booking experience with them was appalling. We were looking to book room for 2 adults, a kid (6 yrs) and an infant (3 months) and before booking I checked with them via email/contact form if the room can accommodate us as there is no option on their website to select kids as guests. I was told kids are not counted and I can go ahead and book the room which I did. Couple of days before our travel I get a phone call saying we cannot all stay in the same room so either need to cancel the booking or they can book a room in one of their other property for double the price. This left me scrambling to find another hotel last minute due to their incompetence.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The man at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful to us as tourists travelling a country in a foreign language. The location was great. Walking distance to many train stops and good restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and a nice size for hotels in Paris. The hotel even had an elevator (rare in Paris) and the shower had great hot water. The bed was confortable and the pillows and sheets were good quality. The only downfall was that the air conditioning did not work. We kept our windows open at night to cool off.

I've had yet another disappointing 1-star experience at Sonder within the last two weeks, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with potential future guests. After a previous terrible stay, I was contacted by a member of the customer satisfaction team who expressed a willingness to assist with any upcoming stays. However, when I mentioned my upcoming trip to Paris, there was no response whatsoever. Upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately noticed several issues with the unit. The carpet and curtains were visibly dirty, and the curtains didn't even shut properly. Furthermore, the broken AC in my unit was a recurring problem reported by numerous guests, and it's disappointing to see that these issues are not being addressed by the management. Another significant issue with this hotel is its unfortunate location right across from an extremely noisy restaurant, which creates a disruptive environment until late at night (12:30 am). What really irks me is the stark disparity between the unit I was assigned and the images presented on the hotel's website.

spend two nights with a fellow traveler. We had a small room with a view, airco didn't work at all. asked for an other room but was not possible. only after asking for refund of the already paid prize, there was suddenly a room with airco available. bed was clean. safe didn't work.some power points didn't work. While showering in the bathcub the floor gets totally wet. not worth the money at all.
