I just stayed one night at Le General Hotel in Paris. The stay was short however everything was great. The service when I arrived early in the morning also when I left. The staff were friendly, they do a great hospitality. The room itself was great, big enough for a short stay, modern and well equiped. Hair dryer can be improved for a safety purpose. I recommend this place for your next stay in Paris.

Me and my mom had a wonderful stay here. The staff were amazing, friendly, nice and helpful. You sit down for check in and they bring you coffee/tea and croissants. We arrived before check in time so the rooms were not ready but they were able to get us one promptly. The room was clean and so was the bathroom( which is big for us). We felt super comfortable and will stay here every time we visit Paris from now on. Also when we arrived to the room there was a gift bag with l'occitane lotion, candy, and a sweet note.

I usually don’t write reviews on google, but the Le general hotel is completely different. The staffs were extremely friendly, nice and polite. The hotel was very clean. The daily breakfast that the hotel offered was delicious. The hospitality of this establishment is second to none. If you are reading this, you will not regret your decision to book your stay in Paris with this hotel.

The front desk was so welcoming and helpful, they were also very patient with my (almost non-existent) French. They helped go over the logistics of my plans and we were able to maximize our time better. They will hold your bags for you, before and after check out, which really helped with our 6 am US flight arrival time, since check in is in the afternoon. We were welcomed with a fresh batch of croissants and coffee ❤️. The hotel is very clean and decorated so cute, it has an artsy hipster vibe and there is a small restaurant located inside which we did grab some breakfast from one day before heading out, it was great. It is just by the Republique square, which has restaurants and I believe 2 entrances to the metro, all in a very short walking distance. Although our room wasn’t ready because it was prior to check in, they had one available that we were able to upgrade to and check in that morning.
