Remains one of the best dining destinations in Khobar. Excellent staff. Food variety is well taken into account. Excellent food quality. Very nice and clean place. But overpriced

It was much better before, the food quality is deteriorating every time I go there. The only reason I go there is if I was invited and can’t choose. I think they offer lots of deals and discounts, lots of families with kids and toddlers make the place very noisy. The place is not appropriate for business dinners or quiet quality dining.

Disappointing I had a reservation and came to check in, I stand in the line for an hour and a half! They were letting people wait in line for their rooms to be ready! Standing in line! The manager was no show, his number and name was written in the front desk, but he didn't answer when I called him, to solve the problem. After 2 hours, they told me that my rooms weren't ready yet! So they suggested I cancel my reservation from booking my self, it was nonrefundable, and they asked me to deal with booking myself for a refund, not taking any responsibility for their own mistake, not giving me a compensation for wasting my time, and reservation, nor standing in line for 2 hrs! With a non apologetic cold behaviour from customer service.
