Roof Swimming pool has great view. Hotel room is really great, but for friends that stay together, the toilet/bathroom isn't that personal. Suit for couple or friend that really² close with no boundaries. Location, has nearby mall. The breakfast was magnificent. Bit far from KL centre (30~40 mins) But the staying in hotel for the whole day is also worth the time.

Recently I had the privilege of attending a wedding dinner at the Hotel Ballroom, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the sheer elegance and grandeur of the space. The ballroom's ambiance was enchanting, with exquisite decor and lighting that set the perfect mood for the occasion. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully arranged tables to the stunning floral centerpieces that added a touch of romance to the atmosphere. But it wasn't just the aesthetics that impressed me; the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and attended to. The waitstaff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. And then there was the food. The culinary experience was truly amazing. We are satisfied with most of the food especially soup. Overall, my had a pleasant evening the Hotel Ballroom was nothing short of exceptional. It left a lasting impression, not only for the beautiful setting but also for the impeccable service and outstanding cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue for any special occasion, as it truly exceeded all expectations. Thank you for creating such a magical evening! 🌟👰🤵

The air is fresh and Aircon unit is quiet. Room size is spacious and camr with full amenities. TV channels were limited but they were very clear. The toilet wc and shower cubicle with rain shower is spacious and separated, which is a good design. The only design I didn't like was the location of the bar fridge which was installed at the same level as the TV and the position seems very awkward and ugly. Location of the hotel is good as it is in the same complex as the Paradigm mall.
