Very good location and so easy to get different type of food, drinks or shop around. Also the Christmas events just next too. Staffs are very friendly and cheerful. Try to support all clients. Room is fine but a bit old for all set up as carpet is old and not very clean honestly. Toilet is dirty when we arrived but staff help to clean up all once we told and really appreciate all. Also any to take a bath but found hair in the switches which make me feel so bad as surprise it seems not washed well. Price is high based on this quality of room(over USD360 per night) 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Wouldn’t recommend this property in Paris! The long awaited holidays turned out in the most inconvenient stay ever! I should say, that I am publishing a review publicly, since no one from the hotel has responded about the issues to me per email. We booked the room through the website, highlighting that we would have a baby and that we would have a special celebration. The hotel put us in the “CHAMBER” room, that had steep steps leading down to the room with the tiny and narrow corridor! So we couldn’t fit our stroller, and I wouldn’t be able to do all by myself! I assume, that no one read about baby part, or have not logically thought about a stroller when allocating a room to us??!! No solution was offered to us, but to keep a stroller in the baggage room which would cause a lot of hassle to take/ keep. And while speaking with the receptionist it was clear that keeping in that room would be a bother for them. On top of that, while suggesting a place to eat, the same receptionist twisted the name of the place so we ended up nowhere finding this restaurant! I’d suggest to brush up the info before suggesting it to anyone. When checking out, I asked to keep an eye on our luggages to the receptionist on duty and while it was most definitely reassured and agreed by him, upon my arrival from the rest room I saw that my luggage was gone and when I asked him where it is, he didn’t know!!! Luckily it was my husband, who took them in order to put in our car! While this property is rated as a 4* hotel in Paris, I wouldn’t give this high score, due to the lack of professionalism and hospitality. Reception, is incompetent in providing the information and a proper high level service. I have no time for a phone call, but instead the hotel admin can reach over by the email. •UPDATE• The hotel’s comment is a complete lie. No discussion and solution was made to my husband. The hotel doesn’t care about their image and stay, they got back to me per email without any solution.
