The superior service provided by the hotel, particularly exemplified by staff members like ROMAN, sets it apart. ROMAN, in particular, stands out for his politeness, helpfulness, and understanding. He attentively listens to guests' requests and responds with kindness. The hotel distinguishes itself by employing highly trained staff members who consistently deliver superior service, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for guests. Such a service is a rarity in Parisian hotels, making the hotel Le Rays Vendome a standout choice. Personally valuing this exceptional service, I am grateful for my experiences at this hotel and will undoubtedly choose to stay there every time I go to Paris.

Cozy and simple hotel. The hotel in the middle of famous streets in Paris, it’s a walking distance from many, museums, attractions, shops, restaurants and bus/train stations. I would give them 5 stars for the wonderful hospitality the staffs were friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions. We came early before the check in and the receptionist Qing lets us in the guest room to refresh and change and use the bathroom. She also offered us an apartment room instead of the studio. We enjoyed our stay. Note: cat lovers! there is a cute and quiet cat called Coco he will welcome you in the main door. I loved saying hi to him every time we go out and in 😻

Great stay at wonderful location between Place Vendome and Opera. It is nice to have a spacious appartement in Paris where you can relax after a full day in Paris. I agree the entrance looks a bit dodgy but that is only the first time. The inner court is tranquil. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Service: I requested a late check out at 2pm a week ago before my arrival as they sent me a link where you can add €15/hour. Today is my last day so I planned ahead my day to spend outside of the hotel and then return to the hotel at 1pm. On my way to the meeting just stopped at the lobby to double check my check out time and the lady informed me that they can not accept my late check out. What if i just went out? And why they give an option of late check out if they can't allow you to do it? And why on earth they didn't inform you in advance about my check out time? Location: The hotel is very noisy day and night as the next two buildings are under construction at day and you have a bar/club at night if you don't want to rest and sleep this is the place. Room detail: the bath water keep draining and the water tank of the coffee machine is also broken but nobody cares.
