I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. While the rooms were on the smaller side (may be we have booked the wrong room), the exceptional service and friendly staff more than made up for it. Additionally, the convenient proximity to the airport made my travel experience smoother. Overall, a positive stay with accommodating staff.

This hotel is near to airport but there is nothing happening spots. You have to travel 5-6 kilometres to reach city happening area. Service of the hotel is average good. Breakfast should be more international standard to consider foreign guests. Reception staffs are good and helping.

Rooms : We expected the room to have a window but were disappointed to not get any, regardless of windows the bathroom gave us a problem with the water being logged and not getting drained properly, it began to flood outside the bath area even if the cleaning staff came over swiftly to clean it they should've fixed these issues beforehand Service : In general we found the staff - reception and breakfast staffs - rude, unfriendly and indifferent to us and that's a major issue we had with this place Location : It's a great location if you want to stay nearby the airport, there are good places nearby to eat and relax too. However, if you want to roam Ho Chi Minh City it'd be better to go inskirts because we get stuck in traffic a lot reaching the hotel to and from the City.

Le Saigon Hotel was a wonderful hotel for my family vacation (3 weeks). Their staff service was top notch. They took great care of my family in so many ways that made our vacation very pleasant. I would like to give my deepest gratification to Ha Ngoc Van- she had gone beyond and more to accommodate my stay and helped me with my travel plans through the country of VN. I also want to say thank you to all other staff members (Trinh and Cuong) who were always so pleasant and helpful to everyone. The hotel was conveniently located, very clean, and the buffet was delicious 😋. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to VN.
