I stayed in this hotel alone for three nights during the January holidays. The advantages of this hotel are primarily the good and humane behavior of the receptionist Mr. Eugene and his colleagues Ms. Rose and Ms. Anna, whom I am very grateful to, the cleanliness of the rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, good breakfast And its local access is very good, and one of its other advantages is that the rooms are facing the beach. I hope everyone who travels to this hotel has the best time. I am grateful for the very good behavior of the hotel staff, especially Mr.Eugene .Hoping to visit this city again and stay at this hotel🙏💯

The design is adorable and the room is quite new, but the size isn't as big as I expected. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have huge impression with the receptionist, who has a short hair, she supported me a lot with wide range of recommendation. Her smile is so bright, ... Can I get her info? 🫣 Of course, the other are good too. The hotel isn't in the center, so i find it difficult to commute some popular local destinations. However, its positive point is the opposite beach location and peaceful place. Great experience and I'll back

We had a lovely stay at The Leaf; everything was perfect, from the staff to the room, passing by the gorgeous pool or even the breakfast. The room was just like the picture - even prettier - and was just spotless. The bed is huge and super comfortable. Special thanks to ANNA, who helped us check in and was very kind and helpful (she even translated some recommendation of restaurants and bars for us). Great value and wonderful place

The room is new and the design is nice. The location is also good as it’s located on a beach street. The staff was decently friendly and polite - the reason for this is because after staying in hotels in Hue and Hoi An, I don’t think this level can beat them. However, stood out to me are Long the waiter, Tram the receptionist, and one of the bellmen whom unfortunately I did not get the name (he did not wear glasses and had a kind of buzzcut) - they appear to be more honestly friendly and eager to help. After staying here for 3 nights, I think there are 3 main points that added up to my unpleasant experience: 1- the room hygiene: when I got the room, I noticed that the toilet was not clean with the seat having some black marks like shoe marks. I also noticed the bed sheet has someone else’s hair, and some dirt on the top of the mattress. The floor was also not clean enough for you to walk barefoot. 2- the toilet: not sure why this type of toilet was chosen. One interesting point is that the flush button is at the bottom so you can use your foot. However the flushing just flashed the water everywhere. Even when I closed the toilet lid, the water still got out to my leg and onto the toilet seat. 3- the cleaning lady: I only encountered one cleaning lady. I asked the receptionists if they could please send someone up to help me clean the toilet again when we got the room. But she just showed up with a cloth and some spraying bottle. She did not greet me, or ask if she could walk in with her slippers, or said something to me when she finished helping clean the toilet. She just did the re-cleaning for approx 1’ but yea I would not make a fuss out of that as that was her job.
