No front desk. Only who accomodate is the security guard. Maganda yung sister company nila na Leez Inn.

Super friendly staff, always smiling and always helpful. Room was clean. Only two problems we had was the air-con which could only stay on 16. Degrees a bit too cold. And the fridge could only freeze. But other than that great stay for cheap money!

Nothing great about this hotel. Very poor front desk service. Room prices subject to change without prior notice. Extension of room rates not acceptable as check-in rates, I required to almost 4 times higher than the check in price. Too small blankets. Dirty towel. Good WiFi. Very narrow stairs cases. No lift for 4 stories building. No parking available. Taxi required park bit far from the front door.

Your budget friendly accommodation midway amongst everything you need to process your official and legal documents as well attend to some leisure. The place lacks an elevator so it can be a struggle to reach higher floor levels but that can be easily overlooked as the place compensates for everything else. The staff are friendly and responsive when you ask for assistance, basic toiletries are provided, a safe and water heater is within your reach and most of all... its amazing how one can get a really spacious, clean, well lit and well ventilated room in Manila at such low price! Will definitely book here again if I'm in the area.
