I’m writing this review post 3 days of staying in this resort. Everything in this place is upon purchase so if you are expecting a breakfast for free or lunch hours, this place is not your option. The pools are clean and nice so I’ll give them a credit for that. I’m giving the 2 stars because they were not quite honest with us about the rooms. We requested a 1bed room suite expecting a kitchen, a little balcony with a nice view as shown in the pics on their website. Called the place to verify that we gonna have a kitchen , balcony and they agreed to that. Once we got into our unit we were disappointed. Our room was meant to be an extension for a 2 BR unit. That is separated by a thin door so you can hear all the noise, kitchen pans and plates , TV, people talking. You won’t get your full privacy in this unit.

For a 2 week stay we booked the 1 BR suite & the hotel unit for the 2nd wk. Staff were great. Service was superb. On weekdays, it's hard to call the front desk, but reply is quick when you text message them. Phone call to the front desk was answered quickly that Sunday we checked in. We were expecting a hotel unit to be like other hotels but we were disappointed. I think the hotel unit we got was meant to be an extension for a 2 BR suite. It is separated by a thin door so you can hear all the noise, pots & pans, TV, people talking. The one bedroom suite is excellent! Bath tubs in both hotel unit & one bedroom suite are huge & high. The bath tubs are not for guest who have mobility issues because of the height. Will definitely book in this resort again but not the hotel unit.

Stayed this past weekend in the D building. The room was very small with only 1 window. Ac unit in room was very noisy. The room was outdated, beds were uncomfortable, noisy and bathroom had an older, jacuzzi tub that I wouldn’t have dared to use other than the shower. No outside area to get ready while the other person was in the shower and had an odd step. The grounds were ok but the building itself doesn’t look well maintained with garbage left on the table from other visitors and no one cleaned or picked it up. No one cleaned the cigarette butt ashes or places inconsiderate guests put them out. Definitely not a quality cleaning job and the room and building felt dirty. To make matters worse we had a very rude neighbor come in after midnight, they let the children run and scream. Banging everything, screaming at each other. We looked through the paperwork given. On the website. With no phones in the rooms how is this safe or how would you contact security. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable at night let alone no sleep from the rude neighbors. Where is security? Do they walk around and make sure things are quiet? How would I even get ahold of them? To make matters worse this same rude neighbor did the same thing again the next night. Now we didn’t say anything thinking it was a one off and there was no way they would do it twice. But it was even worse they did and louder. This resort is more concerned about kicking guests out of a jacuzzi that are quietly talking at 11:07 then making sure people can sleep. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The front desk and bar were great but don’t get sucked in. Hot tubs only had some working jets and you can just see maintenance isn’t a top priority for this place. You would be better served staying at a nicer place and spending a little extra.

Not sure why the bad reviews or if those people actually stayed here BUT don’t be scared by them. Family and I stayed here from Sept 3-10 and had a great time! The room was super large and very clean. The only 2 things I think they could do is mop the floor tiles or deep clean them along with carpets between guests since our feet/socks became black from dirt as we walked around. Also, make the curb a ramp next to disabled parking (the only ramp is at the front check in and it doesn’t connect anywhere near rooms. No pests like people said, nothing broken. We will defiantly come back years to come. The staff are super friendly and the pool bar is great. We had room 570AB, will keep asking for this room every time :) Location is close to everything (Old Town and Disney) plus several restaurants. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and feels like sleeping on a cloud. The room keys are made out of wood which is cool. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
