Recent experience with Legasi, great location and nice view point with twin towers. However bit disappointed with service, reception staff not friendly and not helpful. The pictures on the website very interested, however when you entered to the apartment not the same. Bathroom not meet standard and moldy around the sink area. No clothing rails inside the bathroom. After shower you can't use the toilet it's all covered with water, no shower curtains or cubicle. In the bedroom nicely presented however bedsheets got some marks. I would like to request please upgrade your basic facilities and maintain. Please provide accurate information.

studio room is connected to apartment and only separated with a thin door. You can hear everything from the next apartment! Deposits only refunded after two days! No mineral water, TV channel hard to access and you have to check in and check out at different tower which is tedious. BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT THE LOCATION IS SUPERB- RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY.

Only the location the best Last time i used airbnb, it was great but using this company is totally bad. The facilities is bad, there was only 2 forks and a few spoons. Plates are bot enough. The network is totally out, no network! And no netflix, no smart tv. Expensive rm400 pernite but facilities are bad. Room was not properly clean. And now my deposit was not in although already more than 48hours. Keep on asking my duit masuk ke tak? You tau kan whenever duit masuk there is notification received. Not recommended!

The guest house is fantastic with all the required facilities. Wash basin, Microwave oven, Cooking stove, cook wares, utensils, cups and even plates. It is also equipped with a laundry washing machine. Each room is air-conditioned, which Farah Suite has 3 rooms of. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The views from the living and 2 other bedrooms are of KLCC Petronas twin towers. Getting here is fairly simple, with the step by step guide received by the host. Overall a great value for money if staying in a group.
