This was my first and final stay here. Even the rooms are spacious, making them ideal for family members. The design of the space is creepy and old. The old smell is bothering me. The fridge is ready but can not be utilised due to the odour. The furniture is of an older design. The toilet is functional. However, the cement after reconstruction is not clean. You must go to the lobby to obtain the towel and hair dryer. We had to go to the lobby for irons because there was a laundry room next to the receptionist counter. The iron condition will surprise you. Not suitable for everyone.

The photos are misleading. The bathrooms are not as clean as you want them, the grout in the tiles are dirty and the bathtub was not clean thoroughly as well. But for the price that it is, is an okay stay if you just want a place to sleep, charge phone and a quick shower. Location wise is not bad near Batu feringhi, but there's no parking at the hotel so you would need to park elsewhere. Amenities wise, they do not have hair dryers, and the WiFi is slow. If you want to get a hair dryer at the reception the price is quite hefty but is only a deposit so you will get your money back. Overall, is a liveable experience if you want a cheap place to stay near the beach.

I booked one night in this hotel and saw its rating of 4 stars, but for me one star is enough. The garage is full and you cannot park your car. The service phone is outside the room and the model is old and not of the required standard. The air conditioning is not working and some of the neighbors can easily see the next room from the balcony. I hope for improvement. Thank you....

Only consider if you’re really on very tight budget kinda hotel apartment. Upon entering the bedroom, you’ll be welcomed by a strong ‘old stale’ unhygienic musky smell in the rooms. It’s coming from the pillowcase, blanket and mattresses. Do bring along a cover sheet to cover the bed. Bring along your own pillow for a restful sleep. If you can, bring along your own mattresses too. Otherwise , you’ll be sniffing someone’s else lingering sweat. The housekeeping don’t seem to change the linen all the time. You’ll be lucky if you have got a firm mattresses to sleep on. Mine was so over used that my body kinda sink into the abyss until your body aches the next day. I’ll bet you be wanting to sleep in the sofa in the living room the next night. Definitely overdue for a major revamp. Caveat emptor.
