So, I hit in the similar situation which the most of people describe here. When I book an apartment - it wasn’t cleaned at all. The flat itself was good and well furnished. All rubbish bins were full of garbage, dirty cups and plates in the dish washing machine and on the table. I was refused to get a partial refund, instead they offered to me to clean a room in three hours(what they did) and I was offered a late checkout(what I was not needed). On the checkout we forgot my wife’s shirt and when I asked them about it, I got a confirmation that the lost was found. After I came to their physical location, I got the answer that they don’t now where the shirt is and who is the person I was talking via email with. This is how my story looks like. “Thank you” that you spent my time and the money, which I will need for refueling my car.

Terrible company "Renters pl"! I strongly DO NOT recommend using their services. I needed an apartment for my parents, who were passing through Warsaw. Since my parents had a car, it was a prerequisite to have a parking space. The advertisement said that the apartment had its own parking space. I booked and paid $418 for the apartment. After payment, they wrote to me that there is no parking space in this apartment. I was shocked and requested an immediate cancellation as parking availability was critical. To which they simply rudely refused me and said that if I cancel, the money will not be returned. I contacted Booking.com, they reviewed my case and immediately issued a free cancellation, confirming that I was right and that they had provided the wrong description. As a result, instead of an apology, the Renters pl company wrote to me several more times, trying to prove that I was to blame and that they were not going to return anything. This is my first such negative case. It’s a pity that I only now saw the real rating on Google - 3.1 - this rating corresponds to reality! Terrible company "Renters pl"! I strongly DO NOT recommend using their services.

The service is terrible. They treat regular custommers like sh..it. we will never use their service again. Thay dont want to fix issues in the appartment and send me a an instruction that I should clean the bath tube plug that was not working on my one. It looked like someone dumped a tone of hair in it. Avoid this service!!!

WARNING - Crooks !!! If you book via booking.com they will decline your card an make you pay via perzelewy24 and you will have to pay for the currency exchange fees. Overpriced and dirty apartment with a broken heating system. The offered alternatives were a joke just like the check-in instructions. The disgusting windows could not be cleaned "due to weather conditions" - other windows from other apartments got cleaned during our stay. I cleaned two windows myself. A lot of apologies but no action, only lies and waiting for technicians for two days. Got 10% of the stay back, absolute absurd, even 20% would have not been enough.

Renters PL team are scammers - beware!! On the second day of staying in one of the apartments, it apartment had a serious issue which couldn't be easily fixed, and Renters asked me to leave. They offered a few alternative options, but each of them was much smaller, and in a much worse location. In the end, I ended up moving to a much more expensive one via airbnb (and I lost even more money as a consequence). After 6 weeks, Renters team STILL didn't reimburse me for my stay, even though I sent multiple reimburse requests already, and spent hours talking to their support team. Horrible customer experience. Also, the apartment was dirty, which I reported with their team, too. AVOID!!!
