We went there in March 2023. It was covered in black mold - you couldn‘t breathe in there. We didn’t get any refund. My pregnant wife and me had to walk across the city at night to find a hotel we could stay at and we couldn’t get anyone from the HelloVacations on the phone. HelloVacations is the worst, sorry.
