I think this hotel should be high 3 star hotel not 4 star. Clean rooms overalls. Breakfast is good. No amenities like pools or gym. The service is okay, we ran out of toliet paper and we had to call reception twice for them to get it for us. Didnt clean the rooms in the morning but around 2pm, which is rather late. Tv remote ran out of battery and we had to go reception to change it cause no one came up to our room. They did bring our luggage from our taxi to our rooms but thats standard for good hotels. We stayed there two different rooms for few nights, two nights it was rather noise so sleeping was an issue, not sure if the noise came from outside the hotel or the guest but either way noise comes in from the balcony door. Its near by a few restaurants and shops but definitely takes about 5 to 10min walk to the main busy district. TLDR Decent hotel but dont expect anything out of the ordinary. 3 stars at best. No amenities other than breakfast.

It’s more of 3 star then 4 stars Please fixed the following: The bathroom shower should change , the ceiling panel should fixed. The air con vent are open. The staffs are helpful. Breakfast selection should improve more varieties. Hotel near restaurants and shop .

The room is pretty grimy and unclean. Google says this is 4-star but the room puts it closer to 2-stars. Our room was dirty and not well maintained. We were uncomfortable in the shower because the plastic tub sounded like it was cracking and wobbled some. No caulk around the wall side so water ran across the floor. Breakfast was an impressive spread though!

Room very clean, front desk very good, friendly, helpful, smile everytime, nothing is too hard. Hotel reception got us the SIM card we need at cheapest price than outside. Will visit and stay again in future, Breakfast is nice and has a good selection. Will recommend to families and friends. Shopping centre is across the hotel, food outlets are walking distance.

During our round trip, we visited the hotel a total of three times, as we travelled to Sapa and Halong in between. The central location of the hotel is unbeatable - many sights are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms, although basic, were adequate for the price and provided everything we needed to sleep. One small downside was the bathtub, which grated a little when I showered. As someone weighing 100kg, this was a bit worrying, but luckily there were never any serious problems. Of particular note is the varied breakfast, consisting mainly of local food - a great way to get to know the culinary treasures of the region. Despite minor shortcomings, we were very satisfied with our stay overall and would thoroughly recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a well-located and reasonably priced hotel.
