My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The room was pretty good and the service throughout was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was standard and satisfactory. However, there was a discrepancy between the room I booked, expecting a larger size and a specific bed type, and the actual room allocated with a different bed setup. While not a major issue, I believe booking directly on the official site should ensure the chosen options are available. Nonetheless, the location was convenient, situated close to museums and the city center, making it easily accessible on foot. For a short stay, it met my needs adequately, providing a good overall experience.

Hotel is in a great location and the best museums/ attractions are all in walking distance. Our room was the deluxe room with supposedly a double bed, however the bed was made up with two single beds pushed together. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very cramped. There was a strange sewage smell that could be smelt from the reception area and again in our room. Looking at previous reviews this issue has been going on for a while now! Staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. Would recommend this hotel but make sure you are satisfied with the room before settling in!

Great location only 5 min walk to the metro and then 5 mins and your in the centre. Our room was clean and worked for us, only negative is we upgraded to make sure we had a double bed but still ended up with twin beds. Lots of options at breakfast, staff were lovely and always helpful. it was my birthday while staying and the left a lovely birthday note and some little chocolates in our room! there is so much to do in the area included all the museums lots of restaurants and shops would definitely stay again

It was our first time in Amsterdam, and we had booked throught LastMinute. The room was large enough for two people for a week's stay. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent and very affordable. The hotel is very well located, only 20 minutes from the airport. We were able to explore the city on foot. The neighborhood is safe. The staff are friendly and attentive. Thank you for this week. Manon and Alice.
