Stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The staff was super friendly!! They answer to all your needs in no Time. The breakfast was also delicious with a lots of choice. Next time visiting Antwerp.. I will definitely return back to this hotel ! Dumbs up!

Located a stone's throw from Antwerp Central station, this is a solid, affordable hotel in a prime location. Room was a good size and very clean. Two small gripes: the glass door on the bathroom is just plain weird and the breakfast buffet was poor value.

Stayed 3 nights, it's just opposite the train station, 5min from shopping street begins, alot of restaurants and trams close by. So the location is great! The staff is friendly but it's strange that the take their break in the public seating area just beside the reception and not behind. We got a room and it was freezing and the mini fridge was not cold. We got a new room that was a little better. But when we got back in the evening it's freezing again. We then got the info that the fridge and the heating just works if the key card is in the slot by the door?!?! So from that day we had a extra card in the slot så we had a warm room and a fridge that was cold all the time. The beds are comfy and it's clean. But I don't think I would stay several nights again, one night maybe. There are better hotels close to the station.

Stayed for one night in November 2022. The location to train station and metro was important, and Leonardo is one of the good choices in these terms. The room was clear and very cold. Staff was polite and answered our mails before visit very quickly. But there was no door in the bathroom))). It didn’t confuse us much, as we stayed only one night, and the bathroom wasn’t visible from the room, still it was quite interesting experience.
