Stayed this weekend and the staff were able to sort us an upgrade due to some confusion on my behalf with the room I booked. You can’t fault halving genuinely nice people as your staff and trying to give you the best experience. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the bathroom was a little low… but nonetheless the hotel was class. The rooms are really nice and the bed was super comfy. Big up Dale for sorting out my room situation.

Loved everything about this hotel. Book in advance to get a great price... Room temperature and cleanliness were great... When cleaning our room, the staff took care of my daughter's stuffed toy and placed it on such a cute position on the pillow... Thank you ❤️

Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms and super comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great bathroom with large rain shower head and additional handheld sprayer. Large cotton towels, hairdryer, and toiletries are included. There is a restaurant onsite and a grocery store across the street. Walking distance to tram service. I stayed over the weekend and did not get disturbed once. I highly recommend the Leonardo hotel.

Tried to charge an extra £1 per night on arrival despite booking through a platform. When challenged this was conveniently handled between Leonardo and the booking provider. No bath tubs. Ran out of shower gel on first day. "Smart TV" functionality disabled meaning you can't stream from your laptop or phone. No cables available to loan (bring your own HDMI cable). Multiple fire alarms during the night at 2am and 3am.
