I was skeptical about staying here because I have never heard of this hotel name before. And when we booked on the website, we never got an email confirming the reservation which was odd. But this hotel looks amazing when you step foot through the doors, very luxurious and very nicely decorated for the holidays. I definitely did not expect that for the price. The day before we were supposed to check in to the hotel, my friend from Germany called them to make sure we can get a crib for our toddler. The person on the phone was supposed to check and call back. Never received a call. Called again the next day and was told we will have a crib. When we arrived to the room, we saw it was a pullout bed, not a crib. Not ideal but we made it work. But when you say a crib, you should definitely mean a crib. There is a huge difference. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, more than I would’ve ever wished for. Sadly it does not start before 6:30am and we had to be on the shuttle at 7am, which didn’t give us much time to enjoy all the offerings. We did pay extra specifically for breakfast and it is definitely worth the money, just make sure you have a whole hour to sit and enjoy the food. Shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would stay here again.

The look of the hotel is very stylish and pleasant. The breakfast was full of large options and was worth the price. As far as my personal experience, few details were slightly disappointing but this isn't something that would make me not recommend this place. No refill on coffee tabs in the room in the morning but my friend in another room had it. The shower drain were all out so I had to put it back in place myself. While taking a shower the water runs under the door creating a mess. The website says "free toileteries" there were none. The TV were not working.A loud party was happening next door at 1 am (not the staff fault). I still recommend this place for a short stay.

I stayed at this hotel 20-21 January 2024 with group. Because of the tight schedule, I missed some of my stuff ie; black Puffer jacket at the wardrobe and some cheese for gift at the room. I already call and email many times (since 22 January) but the respon of the staff was disappointing. they ask me to send email more than twice, I’ve sent but no feed back until I call them again today and they ask me to send the email again, anyways I just got information that they can’t find my left item. However the room is comfort and clean. Sum, the hotel is good but service of left item is disappointing.

everything was good except Bathroom and public transportation access. The staff was friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was delightful and comprehensive. Additionally, the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Public transportation access was awful; it was challenging to get from the airport to the hotel by bus, and I got lost trying to find the correct route in the airport. Upon entering the room, I noticed the window was open, making the room excessively cold, and I found the toilet brush inside the toilet! While taking a shower, water splashed from under the door, creating a wet mess outside.

The lobby area offers a cool vibe with its stylish interior and comfy rooms. The food is decent, although not exceptional. However, my stay had some bumps due to inconsiderate encounters with other guests, and the staff's response was a bit slow. Note for late risers: Lunch isn't available until 1:00 PM, which might be inconvenient for some. Overall, the lobby area is nice but could improve. Keeping an eye on guest behavior, boosting staff morale, and considering extended lunch hours could enhance the experience.
