Perfect hotel for our girls weekend away. We had a double queen's room for 4. Service was great, beds comfy, breakfast good. Spa however left us disappointed. Pool was freezing and hot tub was barely warm and they let kids in who were treating the hot tub like the pool so wasn't relaxing. Otherwise all else was great. They also put free cake, truffles, wine and balloons in the room on arrival for our special occasion.

Fantastic! My partner and I had the best experience here! Lovely welcome drinks, easy check in and room was so so lovely. Had no problems with the lifts despite reviews saying opposite. Pool was big and clean which was great. Breakfast yummy! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone :)

My stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower Bridge was fantastic! I opted for a 2 queen room with a perfect view of Tower Bridge, which truly enhanced my London experience. The hotel's location, merely 2 minutes away from the tube, was incredibly convenient. The lobby was impeccably clean and had an inviting ambiance. Although my only issue was the maid entering my room twice while I was sleeping – partly my fault for not using the 'do not disturb' sign – it didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience. The staff were super friendly, and it was a delightful stay overall.

Room was lovely. However....be warned. When booking for three when one is a child under 10 you only get one double bed. No sofa bed. Despite the hotels own photos showing a sofa in the room. Even if you upgrade to executive room as we did. In the end they gave us a room with two doubles at no extra charge so this was resolved. Room was lovely. Bathroom excellent with White Company toiletries. However the view was interesting to say the least. You could see fully into the back gardens and back windows of the houses below which felt very intrusive and wasn't a very nice view either. Photo attached. The poor people who live there! Great welcome drinks and sweets on arrival and communal areas were nice. Breakfast was good but over priced. Location not bad but a shame about the impact of the hotel on local residences. The pool was nice but as many have said the lifts were awful at that end of the hotel.

I spent three nights in the hotel with the rest of the family and it was great for a first introduction to London. We got a room with a view of Tower Bridge. The room was very cosy. As for the spa, it was kind of classic. The sauna was good, I just don't understand the nonsensical restriction that only children over 16 can go in the hot tub. Otherwise, the breakfasts were excellent and it's a short walk from the hotel to everywhere.
