We checked in for our three night stay- only to find out that our room was changed from the bigger room to a basic comfort room- we were here for our wedding so that was severely disappointing as we were hoping for the balcony room with a view. We decided to just make the best of it and check in - I asked if an upgrade was available and the man at the desk acted as though I had asked him to change every reservation to accommodate me. After our first night we get a very rude toned call around noon saying that our check out was 11AM - I come down and the woman at the front is now telling me she doesn’t know what happened nor does she really care we need to Check out- I am showing her our reservation- it clearly states Sunday 28Jan2024 the man who checked us in stepped in because at this point I’m just crying - she’s absolutely nasty and refuses to even look at the reservation- she find that somehow someone changed my reservation to one night- despite nothing ever changing on my end. We booked Through a trip planner who was also off hours at the time this was All happening. Eventually he just fixes it- and we stay in the same room. The hotel breakfast is also Never ready by 7 AM. Upon checkout we had an arranged car for 7:30-7:45 and we’re hoping to grab breakfast before leaving as it states it is from 7-11AM - the lights were even still out in the dining area. Overall just a truly awful experience. The basic comfort room is as small as you would expect it. No one offered me a refund for the more expensive room which is about 20-30€ more a night for what I paid. The AC in the room also absolutely just did not work. The hotel is cleaning and location is great but the issues just aren’t worth it.

We just got back from four nights at Les Jardins d'Eiffel, and had the most fantastic time staying there. Our room was great, our view was like from a storybook, and the location made us feel like all of Paris was at our doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff rounded out why we went five stars with everything. Also, the delicious Notre Patisserie just across the street didn't hurt. We can't wait to go back to Les Jardins d'Eiffel!

The hotel location is great - this is the strong point. Just 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Near the hotel are many shops, a Carrefour market, restaurants and pastry shops. The room was nice, clean, modern. The windows are small and the room size is also small, but this is something to be expected in Paris. The breakfast was ok. Not so many items to pick but you can have a decent meal. The orange juice & coffee is good. The croissants and pastry products are very tasty. Now.... what I didn't like at all. I didn't feel the hospitality from the service desk staff at all. We didn't receive a smile during the entire stay. They are polite but that's all. On the last day, we asked for help from a woman who was at the reception. We were preparing for a very morning check-out(4am) and asked if they could prepare a to-go breakfast for tomorrow morning or if we could do ourselves some sandwiches now and keep them in the fridge (note: we paid for the breakfast that we were going to miss). Her reaction was "This is not possible but you can buy some sandwiches from nearby". Amazing! We went and discussed this with a guy from the breakfast area. I want to send many many thanks that he was VERY HELPFUL. And he was one of the few ones who was smiling and who made you feel welcome. Him and a guy who was cleaning the rooms were very nice. This was the first time when I experienced this and I traveled a lot and did check-outs early in the morning - in every hotel, they were helpful. And to end with this only negative part of our stay - at the checkout, we didn't receive any "bye/have a nice day/thank you for your stay". And again, not even a smile. This is a suggestion for the management: please invest in some hospitality trainings for your personnel. It will bring a lot of value to the hotel.

Spent 5 days with family at this hotel, 4 rooms total - everything was absolutely LOVELY! Kind staff, very accommodating with check in, bag holding, and arranging taxi services. Impressed by how clean the rooms and common areas are; absolutely no sign of bugs at all! Very walkable location, minutes from the Eiffel Tower and plenty of shopping & restaurants nearby. Would recommend to anyone!
