We spent our last days in Tel Aviv in this apartment. It was the perfect spot to explore the city. First of all, the included parking place is a big plus in Tel Aviv. We had a rental car and parking in Tel Aviv is crazy. So it saved us a lot of nerves. We found the apartment exaxtly as described. It is perfectly and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The following things are the most advantages from our point of view: - easy acces to a parking place - easy access with number code - the location is perfect to explore the city by foot (near Neve Tzedek, Rothschild Blvd, beach, etc) - lots of supermarkets and places to eat nearby - the huge balcony is nice to have - two bathrooms - well equipped kitchen with everything you need The communication with Golan can only be described as perfect. You get all the necessary information before you arrive. Any questions are answered promptly and polite. He gave us a lot of tips abd recommends That made us feel very welcome. So, we can only recommend this place for couples and families. I‘ve been to Tel Aviv three times before and this place definitely is the top.would for sure stay again at this place

This is a new boutique/design hotel with about 6-7 units that is for super high end individuals visiting israel. I was lucky enough to stay here for a couple of nights when i was in israel for a wedding last month. The location is top notch near the best restaurants and shopping. And the best thing about the hotel is that it is unmarked. People don’t actually know it’s there cause it’s a historic building that was remodeled from the outside quite eloquently and classically but the design wow factor is in the interior of the units themselves. The details are very impressive and money was design is functional but super comfortable as well as beautiful. I really hate plastic stuff that looks good but is flimsy. This place has none of that. Super expensive couches, furniture that is functional and huge beds that are made for oligarchs, royals and celebs. I had two amazing nights sleep. What got me and spoiled me the most were three things: 1. Super fast internet 2. Towels that were extra soft and literally huge. 3. Showers with amazing water pressure, multiple heads, just amazing. To be frank with whoever is reading this review i should say that i can’t really afford to stay here on my next visit to Israel or Tel Aviv. But if i get invited to stay here by someone who can afford it - i would jump at the opportunity. This is probably the best boutique hotel in Europe right now. And I’m pretty surprised nobody that not many people know about it and that there aren’t many reviews. I guess celebs and billionaire aren’t very active travel reviewers.
