The placement is alright, but it's still quite far from any notable places. The rooms are clean, but there are a few quirks: we could smell cigarettes in our bathroom and we don't smoke, the mattresses were reaaally hard, and at night you can hear a constant noise which might be quite disturbing. The breakfast was quite bad, I had an impression that some products had gone off. It was alright, but I'm guessing there are better options.

BE AWARE that some of the guys at the reception charge an extra fee for tourist that doesn’t exist and take money to their pocket . Order two rooms with a week difference and only for the first they charged an extra fee!!! Also the bad was really hard and make me a back pain . I will NOT visit this hotel again!

I stayed here at the beginning and end of a two-week trip to Uzbekistan, and I will stay here again the next time I visit. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the metro, museums, restaurants, and parks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Most of all, however, all of the staff members were wonderful, in particular Abdurahmon, who went out of his way to make sure I had an incredible trip. Every morning at breakfast he made sure I was satisfied, he ordered taxis for me, he made my reservation for my second stay at the hotel, and he even checked in with me throughout my trip to see if there was anything he could help with--even when I was in other cities. I was touched by his kindness and the lengths he went to to make me feel welcome and comfortable in his country. I highly recommend Level Hotel for anyone visiting Tashkent.
