The two stars because the rooms were great! But the lady's behavior was simply unacceptable and ruined my whole day.

Unacceptable owners! I have been in contact since April with a gentleman and I had emphasized that we want the deluxe room because we want to prepare with my husband for our wedding! He readily accepted. I had made several phone calls to him to confirm the reservation and give him a deposit and he had told me to give it a week before the date we had agreed. A week before the wedding I met with Ms. Evangelia to give her the advance payment and I emphasized once again that we want to get ready there and have our preparation photographed. There was no resentment on her part at the time. Later, her son called me and asked me in a strong tone to take back the deposit. To allow me he wanted me to close the whole floor for him. (He had never clarified such a thing to me from the beginning!) I politely explained to him that we are already married and have 2 children and we just want to get ready because my parents' house was small. We wouldn't have music and dancing. He agreed himself but NEVER agreed with Mrs. Evangelia. After 2 days Mrs. Evangelia called me and asked me to take back the deposit because the tenants do not agree and told me that I had to book all the rooms in the building to allow me to prepare for my wedding! I explained to her again what I had told her son but she was adamant and not at all debatable! On the phone she spoke to me abruptly and very nervously and all she was interested in was GOOD REVIEWS FROM FOREIGN TOURISTS!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT GOOD PROFESSIONALS AT ALL! They had not clarified the terms of reserving the room for the purpose I wanted! 5 days before the wedding, I was told one thing and another! There was no agreement between them!!
