Honestly, nothing bad to say about this hotel. I discovered it via Google maps and online reviews. Found a very last minute (booked as I was boarding the plane to Paris) deal which the hotel honored. Glad I did. They offered to hold my bags until my check-in and once it was time, check-in was quick and easy. Had a room which was a little small compared to U.S. standards but it was clean, comfortable and did the trick. Hotel staff very very nice throughout the entire stay. Location is convenient to two major train stations and to several metro stops - all within 5 minutes. Lots of grab and go options and smaller restaurants in the area to enjoy. There was some noise from the street - but didn't bother me. I enjoyed the sounds of Paris happening outside my window and the nice fall breeze coming through the window. I would definitely book and return here again, hands down. Perfect place to have a base camp if you're looking to see Paris and be on the go, grab some quick sleep, get a good shower and be on your way to the next adventure.

Stayed here with my mom and sister on a girls trip from Sept 12-16th. Hotel is renovated new and clean. Rooms came with essentials, were tiny but perfect for the three of us. We did not get the continential breakfast as we found it to be kind of expensive for what you got. Tons of food options around the hotel. Staff are actually very kind and have lots of info on the area. From the Airport just take the train to Gare du Nord station and it WILL be a mission to get out of the station but follow signs and just find Dunkaroo Street and its a 5 min walk from that station entrence to the hotel! The convenience of being so close to the main station was the best. Not the hotels fault but windows closed was a must due to all of the sirens in the area from emergency services ALL the time.

Stayed here a couple of nights, chose the location as it was very close to the Gare du Nord station. Very conveniently located, only a few minutes walk from the station and the metro. Also quite close to the Est station. Have heard the neighborhood is a little sketchy but did not have any issues with this ourselves and felt quite safe. Was a bit noisy at night as it is placed along a fairly busy street, but that's more an issue of the location than the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and comfy. Some previous reviews mention the rooms being dirty or having a smell but we did not notice this at all. Everything seemed well kept and up to date. Rooms were smallish but not uncomfortably so, plenty of room for us and our bags. Beds were decent sized and fairly comfortable. Elevators were not working when we arrived and we had to haul our bags up a few flights of narrow stairs, but was working the rest of the stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was offered at a charge and was very basic, but convenient if you don't want to go looking for somewhere to eat in the morning. Hotel was an excellent value and would stay here again.

We visited Paris for 3 nights and stayed at the place. We loved the rooms although they were tiny just like anywhere else in Europe. The reception employees are good in attitude, friendly accommodating. Overall we loved our time there in the hotel and places around there. Its close to the Gare du nord station so very conveniently located for our need as we had an international train from the station in very early morning so walkable distance and 5 minutes walk to the station. Overall I would recommend this place in a budget for the stay if you planning for a vacation.

Location is amazing as it’s only a couple of weeks from the station. However I paid for a room and on arrival was given a different room, which was filthy and had ants crawling in and out all night. Hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor, mud all over the carpets and extremely dusty. Bed itself was very comfortable, had a working tv and a kettle which was good. Very annoying that they’ve refused a refund when it’s no fault of my own I was given the wrong room and the state it was given to me in was unacceptable. So feel free to stay here for a night if you need somewhere “cheaper” but be prepared it probably won’t be very clean or comfortable. Also had a gap in the door I had to put tissue into to prevent light or draft coming into…
