Fantastic quality room/bed and location adjacent to the Bernina express. The hotel needs to figure out how to better route guests to the checkin at the nearby Bernina hotel. We had to find this out via other Google Reviews - there was no other communication or signage suggesting that check in is not at the hotel’s location.

Simple and contemporary. Very quiet with good location. If not for the bad check-in experience, it should get a higher rating. The reception is at another hotel next to the train station. But neither the online booking receipt nor the hotel entrance has sign to tell us where to checkin. It took us half an hour to finally get into the building just to find that there is no reception desk and another 10 mins to see someone coming from the other hotel to assist us. This is the worse check-in experience we ever had.

The rooms are beautiful. In front of the Bernina Express station. Spacious rooms, with towels, bathrobes, slippers, amenities, coffee, water... well-equipped. You don't hear any train noise. I recommend setting the temperature to low, since it is cold outside and they are very well acclimatized and closed, so if you set it high you will be roasted by the heat and it is not necessary. Only two slightly negative points: it lacked cleaning in corners and ceilings, and the noise from the refrigerator was annoying. Maybe it was our room, but it was annoying, since the silence of the room and building was absolute. But it is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. For breakfast you must go to the hotel that is on the other side of the square. Personally we didn't like it very much since there weren't any vegetables like any tomatoes or salad. Too sweet.
