Huge beautiful property. Nice staff. A little old. Hot water not very hot in shower. Faucet had very low water pressure so washing was a bit hard. Breakfast was ok. No espresso machines here. Bikes are available and surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Lovely place if you don’t mind a bit rustic.

A very peaceful place with lots of frangipani trees. It's pleasant to stroll or cycle as there's a refreshing smell of the flower in the vicinity. The front desk officer is a very nice lady. Although she struggled to talk to us in English, she tried her best to communicate with us. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Love the rice in hot minced meat clear soup for breakfast. Need to order it as "soup rice".

Run down and desperately in need of some investment. Not a patch on the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand. Threadbare sheets, dirty curtains, tatty menus and a desperate need for a fresh coat of paint/varnish everywhere. We were there during their off peak so only saving grace was that it was quite cheap, but it also meant the place wads dead - hardly any guests and very few staff. One evening we had to eat out as they had no chef. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.
