We stayed at Lombok Villa. We love the view from the patio, the spaciousness of the villa, the large pool and the general ambience. Mr Wan was very attentive and accommodating. There was a very good breakfast place nearby and we enjoyed it daily.

The service was great. The manager was really and engaging and helpful for booking purposes. The rooms were beautiful and comfy. View was really nice looking at the paddy field. The location is the middle of a village so the road is quite small. If you're bringing a big car then it's quite hard to maneuver.

It was such an unpleasant experience to be treated badly by their caretaker/manager. I never experienced such attitude of a customer service staff in my previous travels. I went to see him in their office to check if he can help us open the room with their spare key coz we assumed that it was left inside. I have no intention to argue and i went to see him to ask a favor but the way he talked to me, the expression on his face is really terrible. You can literally see his anger and everytime i tried to speak he kept saying can you let me finish talking first but i never really stopped him from talking, i only tried to speak to him after he finished his statement and he was the one who doesnt let me speak. Its pointless to continue speaking to him so i just walked out and show him also how disappointed I was on his attitude. I understand if he was upset with the loss of the keys but such things happen sometimes and you should know how to handle instead of showing anger to customer. Suggest to let him undergo a training on how to treat customer right. Dogs are barking at night and early morning while you're resting.
